SmartCam by Smart Foundation Repair is a photo documentation tool built for foundation repair projects. It is an internal tool — access is invite-only through employer-provided accounts. SmartCam is used for work-related photo documentation, helping crews capture jobsite progress and management review project records.

When you use SmartCam, we collect the following information:

• Photos and videos, including GPS coordinates and timestamps embedded in image metadata
• Camera and microphone access for capturing project documentation
• Account information: your name, email address, and profile avatar
• Push notification tokens for project updates and team communication
• Device information for app functionality, including device type and OS version

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Organize and manage project documentation
• Handle account management and authentication
• Enable team collaboration and project sharing

How We Share Your Information

SmartCam is an internal tool. Your data is shared within your organization only. Project photos may be shared via share links created by team members.

We do not sell personal information to third parties. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Photos are stored with encryption at rest, and access is controlled through organization-based permissions. All data in transit is protected with HTTPS encryption.

Data Retention and Deletion

Account data is retained while your employment or account is active. Photos are retained as part of project documentation records.

You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing privacy@smartfr.app. Upon deletion, your personal account data is removed. Project documentation may be retained for business records.
